All of our stone ground corn is Open Pollinated, which means it is naturally pollinated by the wind. This allows us to save our seeds and improve our own farm’s variety year over year by selecting for preferred features like flavor, texture, kernel hardness, and plant health.

White Corn Flour has a silky soft, very fine texture with an ivory color. Use this versatile flour in cakes, cookies, pastries, pancakes, and more.

White Whole Grain Cornmeal has a noticeable sweetness and lovely color, this whole grain cornmeal is perfect for making cornbread and other baked goods.
