They collect sap each season from the Solin family’s heritage sugarbush, near Neva, Wisconsin, at the base of the glacial moraine. They also partner with neighboring maple syrup makers who share our values and passion for delicious syrup. The production of maple syrup helps them continue to care for and sustain their lands.
